Do you take custom orders?
I love custom orders and taking special requests. I am happy to discuss the details with you.
What sort of eyes do you use?
Good question. I use the same yarn I am making the item with to create the eyes.
Do you accept returns?
What are your payment methods?
I accept payment for items via PayPal, credit card and gift card.
Do you ship internationally?
Can I personalise my order?
Orders can be personalised through the use of the recipients favourite colour or perhaps an initial can be added (depends on item being made). I am happy to discuss this with you.
What type of yarn do you use?
I predominantly use acrylic yarn. I do use some blended yarns as well as t-shirt yarn and cotton. The yarn type used for each creation is included in the description of the item.
Can I have a refund?
All items are handmade. Payment is upon ordering. If you order something readily available from the site, a refund request must be made via email within 24 hours of ordering. If you order a 'made to order' item, a refund request must be made via email within 48 hours of placing the order. No refunds will be available after items are shipped. If you are not happy with your order, please contact me via email to discuss your concerns.
